ParlourPilot ("ParlourPilot", "we", "us", or "our") provides cloud-based business management software for beauty, wellness and personal-care businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information in connection with our website, application and related services.

By using ParlourPilot, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information necessary to provide and administer the Service. Account and business information may include:

• Business address / location information
• Account credentials and authentication information
• Subscription and billing-related information

Business data entered into ParlourPilot. Depending on how the Service is used, customers may enter business information relating to customers and members, employees and staff, appointments, billing and invoices, memberships, attendance, leave, payroll and salary records, inventory, expenses, reports, branch information, and services and pricing. The exact categories depend on the features used by the customer.

Much of this information is entered into the Service by the business/customer; ParlourPilot does not independently collect every such item from individuals.

Technical information required to operate and secure the Service may include IP address, browser information, device information, operating system information, log information, authentication/session information, and diagnostic or error information.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create and administer accounts
• Provide the ParlourPilot Service
• Process subscription payments
• Manage subscriptions and billing
• Authenticate users
• Provide customer support
• Maintain and secure the Service
• Diagnose errors and technical problems

4. Business Data and Customer Responsibilities

Businesses using ParlourPilot may enter personal information about their own customers, members and employees. The business using ParlourPilot is responsible for:

• determining what information it enters into the Service;
• ensuring it has the necessary authority or lawful basis to provide that information to ParlourPilot;
• using the Service in accordance with applicable laws;
• responding to requests from individuals where required.

ParlourPilot processes such information as necessary to provide the Service and according to the applicable agreement and instructions.

5. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider actually used by the Service. ParlourPilot does not intentionally store customers' full payment-card numbers or complete card-security information on its application servers.

Payment information is handled according to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including providers for payment processing, email/transactional communications, and hosting/infrastructure. We only rely on providers that are actually used to deliver the Service.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

• to service providers supporting the Service;
• where necessary to provide requested services;
• when required by law or valid legal process;

After account closure, data may be retained for a reasonable period according to applicable law and operational requirements. Backups and legal retention requirements may affect deletion timing.

Privacy requests can be submitted to support@parlourpilot.com. Where a customer has entered another person's data into ParlourPilot, requests relating to that data may need to be handled by the relevant business/customer in accordance with its legal responsibilities.

ParlourPilot may use essential technologies required for authentication, session management, security and basic operation. Where applicable, users may control certain cookie settings through their browser or available consent controls.

ParlourPilot is a business software service and is not intended to be directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

ParlourPilot may be accessed by businesses and users in different countries. Information may therefore be processed in countries where ParlourPilot or its service providers operate. Where required, applicable safeguards will be used for international transfers.
